Resolution AN No. 22018-TELCO orders the temporary suspension of new concessions and authorizations for Direct-to-Cell (D2C) services that utilize frequency bands attributed to the mobile satellite service (SMS). The suspension does not affect existing mobile telephony services provided under regulated non-terrestrial network (NTN) schemes.

This Executive Decree regulates the internship program created by Law 513 of 2026. It establishes requirements, a maximum duration of one year, remuneration, and the rights and obligations of both companies and interns. Furthermore, it defines the oversight mechanisms of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO Y DESARROLLO LABORAL) to encourage the formal employment of young people in the private sector.
