The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA Y FINANZAS) accepts a donation of a 1,825.38 m² plot of land from the Municipal Council of Chitré (CONSEJO MUNICIPAL DE CHITRÉ), which was segregated from Finca 11134-6001. The plot is assigned to the Ministry of Education (MINISTERIO DE EDUCACIÓN) for the exclusive use of the Cristina C. de Sanchéz kindergarten, located in the province of Herrera. In case of non-compliance with the established use, the assignment shall be revoked by operation of law.

The Supreme Court of Justice (CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA) declares illegal Resolution No. ADMG-001-2020 issued by ANATI, which had granted land for valuable consideration to Joaquín Gutiérrez Mitre. The Third Chamber determined that ANATI lacked the authority to grant the property, as it was private property previously registered by the Green Field Foundation following a legitimate acquisition. The resolution was found to violate the legal order and private property rights.

The Supreme Court of Justice (CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA), Fourth Chamber of General Business, suspends attorney Luis Antonio Chifundo Ayala from practicing law for 12 months. It was determined that the lawyer failed to render accounts regarding funds received for legal proceedings, and his negligence led to the expiry of cases, severely damaging the interests of his client, the union SITIESPA.

The Board of Directors of the Panama Maritime Authority (AUTORIDAD MARÍTIMA DE PANAMÁ) approves the 2025-2030 Five-Year Strategic Plan.
