Decree No. 245-2014-DMysC is repealed. The manual includes detailed definitions, process flowcharts, and sample forms (request letters, transmittal notes, and appraisal reports for land, commercial premises, and movable assets) to ensure transparency and administrative order in the management of public property.

The Municipal Council of Bugaba (CONSEJO MUNICIPAL DE BUGABA) amends Municipal Agreement No. 25 of 2009 regarding the allocation of municipal lots.
