The Municipal Council of Panama officially renames the Municipal Shelter 'Albergue Municipal de Las Garzas' to 'Centro de Atención Integral para Personas Habitantes de Calle' (Center for Comprehensive Care for the Homeless). The goal is to provide a center for the care, rehabilitation, and social reintegration of homeless people.

This resolution establishes guidelines for the execution of financial resources allocated to four direct care centers managed by the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social (MIDES). The use of funds is restricted to essential operating expenses such as food, equipment, utilities, medical supplies, and maintenance. Regional directorates oversee implementation, and center managers must submit monthly reports.

The Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos de la República de Panamá establishes the procedure for excluding volunteer members from the monthly 'Canasta Básica' subsidy once they permanently lose their 'active' status. The measure aims to update registries and payrolls to ensure the subsidy is received only by those who meet legal requirements. The exclusion will take effect once the end of the relationship as an active member is administratively certified.

The Municipal Council of Guararé (Consejo Municipal de Guararé) orders the cancellation of the marginal note on property (Finca) 48916, registered in the Public Registry in favor of Eric Antonio Alvarado Muñoz and others, after verifying the full payment of the sale price to the municipality. The necessary administrative steps for the release of the mortgage guarantee before the Public Registry of Las Tablas are authorized.

The Municipal Council of Guararé (Consejo Municipal de Guararé) authorizes the Mayor to process, before the National Land Administration Authority (ANATI), the verification and rectification of the measurements and boundaries of seven identified municipal properties (plots 9313, 9317, 9325, 9309, 9293, 9283, and 9319). The purpose is to correct errors in the registry documentation and ensure that the cadastral information matches the actual physical reality of the lands.
