Concession contract between the Municipality of Las Palmas and the company SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES URBANO AMBIENTALES S.A. for waste management and maintenance of green areas at public schools. The contract is valid until December 2024. A cleaning fee of 5.00 Balboas per student is established, along with an annual contribution by the concessionaire to the municipality of 600.00 Balboas.

The Contraloría General de la República approves the Procedures Manual for the inventory management of medications and supplies for the Caja de Seguro Social (CSS). This manual establishes administrative guidelines, responsibilities, and internal controls for the receipt, request, and transfer of health products between central, regional, and healthcare facility warehouses. Its goal is to ensure the proper administration of public goods and secure the availability of medical supplies by defining technical steps, the use of specific forms, and the responsibilities of administrative and pharmacy personnel.
